Bishoku, a beloved Sandy Springs sushi spot, is owned by Jackie Tashiro, a second-generation restaurateur known for her warm hospitality and top-tier Japanese cuisine. From the Jackie's Roll to expertly crafted sashimi, every dish reflects her passion for quality. More than just great sushi, Bishoku offers a welcoming atmosphere that keeps loyal customers returning. For those supporting women-owned businesses, this is a must-visit for exceptional food and heartfelt service.

The Blake is a women's contemporary boutique that offers their own unique clothing line, as well as a variety of home decor, art, gifts, baby clothes, and men's accessories. Owner Annie Boswell is no stranger to running a successful business. At just 30 years old, she's already owned Fortune Designs, a jewelry company, and Harper Pointe, another women's boutique. We're lucky to have her in Sandy Springs.

She decided to pursue baking as a profession when her son, Ben, brought her a slice of pie from Buttermilk Sky Pie. When she moved to the United States, she had almost nothing to her name, and her success as a business owner is a product of pure hard work and determination. Founder and former SEC athlete, Alex Palvin, has brought the French-culinary art to Sandy Springs, and she wants to share it with you. They offer various styles of boards to choose from, including their Date Night Board and the XL Board for bigger parties. They even offer in-person and virtual classes, where you learn everything you need to know about crafting your own charcuterie board.

La Dee Da Studio

Creativity and artistic expression are not always things that are prevalent in many children's lives. That's where La Dee Da Studio owner, Sughandha Rosenhaft, felt that she could make a difference. Coming from a household with two parents that encouraged creative freedom, Rosenhaft wanted to provide a space for kids to experience that same feeling. She stated in an interview with Shoutout Atlanta, "I wanted children to be able to come and explore their surroundings and senses through art and in an environment that was open, warm, and inviting." La Dee Da Studio offers art camps for ages ranging from 3 to 14, and themed party packages.

Mater Day Flower Truck

Named after their 966 Ford F100 baby blue pickup truck, Mater Day Flower Truck specializes in floral arrangements and bouquets for events and individual purchase. They grow most of their flowers and greenery right here in Sandy Springs, and  they are frequent vendors at the Sandy Springs Farmers Market (which will starts its season on April 12th). Susansnaps has an incredible story behind it, made even sweeter by its delicious cookies! Co-owner, Susan Stachler, was only 22 years old, and a week from her college graduation, when she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Her mother, Laura Stachler, would bring homemade gingersnaps to Susan while she was in treatment, and she would share them with other patients to brighten their day.
