NOC stands out as Atlanta’s top choice for fun and engaging activities on the Chattahoochee River! Our Metro Atlanta Outposts are conveniently situated at Powers Island in Sandy Springs and Johnson Ferry in Marietta, within the bounds of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.

We offer a variety of river adventures and rentals, including tubing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), rafting, and inflatable kayaks. Whether you’re looking for a quick half-day getaway or a full day of exploration, we’ve got you covered. You can venture through up to eight miles of serene flatwater and exciting Class I-II whitewater. Known affectionately as “”Shooting the Hooch,”” this experience is a must-do in Atlanta, and NOC proudly stands as the only outfitter located directly inside the national park area. Please note, there is a nominal $3 parking fee payable to the National Park Service upon arrival.
