What is SUP YOGA?
SUP Yoga is a fusion of yoga and stand up paddle boarding where you are able to bring your practice on the water and under the sun. Yoga classes on the water challenge your core strength, balance skills and help center your focus.
Description Of Class:
SUP Yoga classes are 90 minutes long. The beginning of each class is dedicated to teaching students how to properly use a paddle board and paddle out to the water, where the boards are anchored. The remainder of the class is spent practicing yoga on the boards while floating.
Classes are open all levels and ages of students. Options are given throughout the class to accommodate varying yoga practices
During June and July, SUP Yoga Classes will be offered at both 8:30AM and 10:00 AM.
$35/class includes board, paddle, lifejacket. Feel Free to bring your own equipment.
