Pasta Class - Pasta Basics July 2019


Start the class off being immersed in Italian culinary heaven, enjoying Pastry Chef Libby Muldawer’s freshly baked Biscotti along with coffee and Prosecco.

In this hands-on class you will learn how to create two types of dough, one for noodles and the other for stuffed pastas like Ravioli. As you stand around the pasta table, Chef Jamie will answer all of your questions as he shares fascinating stories about his adventures in Italy.

Then join Chef Jamie for lunch, feasting on the pastas you’ve created, each paired with wonderful sauces and extraordinary wines.

They provide a packet of recipes for you to take home, including each of the sauces that were sampled. It’s a cultural experience that you will always remember!
