This is one of the favorite cuisines, and Hal's Kitchen can't wait to share their passion with you. This hands on class will have wine served with dinner. You will start with Black Tahini and Baba Ghanouj with scratch made Pita, followed by harrisa spiced chicken, zucchini falafel, and roasted cauliflower and broccoli with feta served with tahini sauce, followed by orange cake with dark chocolate ganache.
