JDRF Cooking for a Cause


Join your JDRF friends for a fun, decadent, yet healthy cooking class at Hal's Kitchen. This hands on evening will feature zucchini fritters with yogurt, arugula salad with champagne vinaigrette, followed by salmon with avocado whip over pea puree, and roasted broccoli with calabrian peppers, finished with fresh fruit tart. Wine will be served through out. $100 per person with a large portion of the proceeds going to JDRF.
