Fall weather is coming, which means your dinners are starting to get heartier. Chef Linda is here to teach you how to make the ultimate Italian comfort foods! From 1-3 PM on Saturday, September 23rd, Chef will show students how to make ravioli, garlic bread, arugula salad and her famous Cibo meatballs. Students will enjoy a hands on experience and walk away with the knowledge of how to make dishes guaranteed to warm hearts and fill bellies just in time for cooler weather! Tickets include the class and plenty of food.
October 23rd: Pumpkin class. Learn how to make pumpkin ravioli, pumpkin soup, rigatoni with pumpkin, ricotta & truffle oil, and roasted pumpkin salad
November 18th: Hanukkah class. Learn how to make braised brisket, potato latkes, pumpkin rugelach and smoked salmon dip
December 9th: Holiday Party Favorites class. Learn how to make mini wellingtons, prosciutto wrapped griffin, mini meatballs, gorgonzola pinwheels, and arancini.
