From Scallops and English Peas to Seared Scallops served over freshly made pasta and risotto, Chefs Jamie Adams and Brendan Keenan will be creating bright, beautiful dishes highlighting the flavors of seasonal vegetables and sweet New England Sea Scallops. 

They are pairing these dishes with the wines of Italy's robust Campania Region, one of Italy's oldest wine regions. In fact, one of Campania's most popular varietals, Fiano, has been grown and harvested there for more than 2,000 years! All of these wines are specially priced at $40/ bottle and $10/ glass.
