Visit the Sparkle Village & Parade
The Sparkle Village is an outdoor light display at City Springs. It features tiny houses lovingly decorated with fun holiday themes by local businesses and organizations. With twinkling lights on the house and trees, and a giant Christmas tree and a Menorah, there are endless photo opportunities!
The parade is scheduled to set off at 6pm on December 4th, but make sure to get there early to check out the Sparkle gift market and to claim your spot! There will be an assortment of floats with some surprise appearances, maybe even some from a galaxy far, far away!
See a show at City Springs
With the season of joy upon us, there's no better way to get into a jolly spirit than seeing magical live performances at City Springs. The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs is hosting a variety of holiday-themed programming including The Nutcracker put on by Roswell Dance Theatre, "Sounds of the Season" with John Driskell Hopkins, and "Joy to the World!" with Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four. Get Crafty
Painting with a Twist is an art studio that offers easy to follow painting classes where you can bring your own snacks and drinks. They have several holiday-themed projects that will make great décor for your home! They also offer at-home painting kits that provide everything you or a loved one would need to complete a piece at home with the help of a video tutorial.
Splatter Studio is a newer addition to Sandy Springs, and it has been welcomed with open arms! If you want a more involved painting experience, then this one's for you. They give you the canvas, and the whatever happens next is up to you! Throw paint, shoot paint, splatter paint, the possibilities are endless. Have some fun while you create the perfect gift!

Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Georgia
Christmas trees and more than one million LED lights create holiday magic on select nights Nov 19 - Jan 1. In addition to being able to enjoy classic rides like Goliath and the historic Riverview Carousel in the illuminated park, there are special holiday experiences, shows, and tasty treats.
See A Chinese Lantern Festival at Zoo Atlanta
Zoo Atlanta has turned into a nighttime wonderland just in time for the holidays with IllumiNights at the Zoo: A Chinese Lantern Festival. The festival introduces visitors to a nighttime wonderland featuring vistas of hand-crafted, illuminated wildlife and awe-inspiring sights celebrating the diversity of the natural world. The event will debut to the public on Monday, November 21, 2022, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and will be open through Sunday, January 15, 2022.
Experience the Fernbank Museum of Natural History After Dark
Did you know on the 2nd Friday of every month Fernbank Museum of Natural History hosts 21+ adult-only events? In December, they'll be throwing a holiday party, coinciding with their outdoor attraction Wildwoods: AGLOW. Take in the scenic outdoor lights, and maybe even learn something along the way.
