Children’s was formed in 1998 when Egleston Children's Health Care System and Scottish Rite Children's Medical Center joined to form a unified pediatric healthcare system.
A not-for-profit organization, Children’s provides access to care through:
• 452 staffed beds in three hospitals
• 16 satellite locations around metro Atlanta including five Immediate Care Centers and two Primary Care Centers
• More than 6,000 employees
• Access to more than 1,400 pediatric physicians
• 20,000 volunteers |
